Tell us about yourself and your company.
The Visible CEO is a visibility strategy and business coaching brand dedicated to helping female entrepreneurs, executives, and teams go from invisible to impossible to ignore, founded by Crissy Conner.

What sets us apart is that we do not treat visibility as just a social media problem. We build compounding content ecosystems that work across social media, traditional search, emerging AI visibility, media, and human to human connection. Through our programs like OMNI, private coaching, and over 600 episodes of The Visibility Impact Show, we have helped thousands of women become known, found, and recommended, not just by their ideal clients but by the AI platforms that are increasingly shaping who gets discovered online. At the core of everything we do is one belief: identity comes before strategy. You have to see yourself as the expert before the world, or any algorithm, will see you that way too.

What is one lesson or piece of advice you would share with other leaders or founders?
Get uncomfortable on purpose and do it before you feel ready. As an introvert who committed to 100 lives in a single July and 365 consecutive days of uncomfortable actions, not because it felt natural but because I believe leaders go first. Every time. That is not just a mindset I teach. It is a standard I hold myself to.

The entrepreneurs who build undeniable visibility are not the ones who wait until they feel confident. They are the ones who put in the reps until confidence shows up. Discomfort is not a sign you are doing it wrong. It is a sign you are doing something that matters.
